[Exhibition] KPCA Show 2026: PAMTEK Unveils PLP Glass Substrate Handling & Peltier System

PAMTEK participated in KPCA Show 2026, held over three days from Wednesday, September 9 to Friday, September 11, 2026.

At the exhibition, PAMTEK introduced its glass substrate handling robot and automation system for PLP (Panel Level Package) applications for the first time. The system transfers large-area glass substrates between process steps while precisely controlling their position and orientation, and can be configured to match each customer’s process requirements.

PAMTEK also unveiled its new ‘Portable Peltier System.’ This portable equipment uses Peltier elements to create hot/cold temperature test environments for semiconductors and electronic components, and can be applied broadly — from standalone testing at the development stage to full integration into mass-production lines.

Building on the customer feedback gathered at this exhibition, PAMTEK plans to expand joint development and real-world process applications, further strengthening its equipment portfolio through its core inspection and automation technology capabilities.
